AGM Report

The AGM was held last Monday, the 27th April, at the Old Down Inn, Emborough. Despite some early hiccups with the booking the meeting got underway with some 22 people present and one anonymous visitor on Zoom. The meeting went very much as anticipated , with all those who stood for election being returned unopposed, and the motions proposed re changes to the constitution also being approved, which means that next year there will be no postal voting, but there will be the opportunity to vote online. The posts of Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer remain unfilled, and without them the club is unlikely to be able to continue into 2027. Anyone considering joining the committee should note that committee meetings will in future be held at the Wesley Road Club, Trowbridge. BA14 0AX. The next meeting will be on the 12th May at 8pm.
